Ventana Fine Art announces a four-person show featuring new works by contemporary masters John Axton, Jennifer Davenport, Tamar Kander, and Dennis Wojtkiewicz.  Color, texture, and great design are principal elements these artists  employ to compose  paintings with near-magical allure.  Axton, Davenport, and Kander specialize in non-objective works, using surface, hue, and composition to take viewers on journeys of imagination and purely visual excitement. Wojtkiewicz  explores fruits and flowers in intimate proximity, painting large-format close-ups that delight the eyes and enliven a number of other senses. The opening reception on Friday, June 28, from 5 to 7 p.m. will be a great opportunity to meet all four painters and see their most recent works.   The show runs through July 10.
